Remember, you can request an early check in (from) 1pm (£35) via your Guest Log In, at point of booking, or via email.
We will check availability, confirm with you & send over a payment link. These are available on a first-come first served basis.

In the meantime, here are some ideas of what to do ahead of the 4pm check in time. These suggestions are day dependent as to what's open so please remember to double check opening days and times directly with the business.

Yew Tree Alpacas is a herd of 40 alpacas based in the rural, picturesque village of Anstey near Buntingford, Hertfordshire.
The original herd was formed in 2009 from a base of four girls, Barbara, Joyce, Jessica and Manette and they now have a herd of boys and girls for both breeding and alpaca activities.
​
Their alpaca walks and events extremely popular so do visit them for some alpaca fun!
They also stock alpaca products. Natural, undyed 100% alpaca yarn with fleece from the Yew Tree herd and also supply alpaca yarn dyed in a range of other colours. Their alpaca accessories are ethically produced and hand knitted locally.
Please note they are not an open farm, all activities with alpacas are on pre booked dates available to book on their website

Small family run flower farm open in early Summer. Explore the rows of lavender, acres of sunflowers and wild flower meadow. You’re welcome to take a picnic with you, or sample something delicious from their new Field Kitchen menu.
